Chandler High School Class of 2004 Reunion

July 17, 2014 Update

 

There have been a lot of developments since the last time that we updated this page. So lets just dive right in shall we.

 

As you may or may not be aware this year marks the centennial for Chandler High. With that being said the school is also having activities to commemorate that event as well. We have been working closely with the school to bring the the most updated information on what will be happening and trying to get our class as involved as possible. The following is the rough outline that we have for that weekend:

Thursday, September 25, 2014 (Put on through CHS)

-Homecoming Parade. We are looking into getting a float submitted into the parade. If you would like to help or have any ideas for the float design please contact us.

 

Friday, September 26, 2014 (Put on through CHS)

- Alumni Tailgate Party. We will also be participating in this event.

- Game. We will be participating in this as well. We have been notified that the cost of the game is $5/person attending. I know we originally had said $3 but that has since changed.

- Mixer & Pub Crawl. After the game there will be some festivities that you will be able to partake in as well.

Saturday, September 27, 2014

- Pancake breakfast. CHS will be hosting an alumni pancake breakfast.

- School Tours. Wonder what the school looks like now? Well, there is no need for guessing. With the school tours that CHS is putting on, you will be able to walk through those hallways that you once walked through.

- Reunion. Our reunion, which is put on by the Class of 2004 Reunion Committee, will be held.

Sunday, September 28, 2014

- As of right now there are no official plans for Sunday.

 

Your ticket prices will get you admittance into the Reunion and the game (if you have purchased tickets for that event). All other activites such as the Pub Crawl will be your responsibility to pay for and is not included in your ticket price.

 

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

It has been brought to our attention that the previous payment method was a pain for those that do not have a Chase Bank account. This causes an issue for us, as we would like to see you all in attendance. We got the committee together and started to think of ways would could overcome this obstacle. The following are the solutions that we have come up with.

 

1. Pay via Chase Quick Pay

This is the option that we first came out with that allows people with and without a Chase account to directly deposit their payment into our account. This has proven to be more of a hassle to people who do not have a Chase account so keep reading for more options.

 

2. Pay via check or money order

We will be opening a PO Box to let you send in payments via check and money order. Please do not send any cash as it is impossible to stop payment on cash if it were to get lost or stolen in the mail. Please also understand that if you were to pay by check and for some reason the check bounces, you will be charged the bank fee to correct that.

 

3. Walk into any local Chase Bank branch

You can walk into any Chase Bank branch and make a deposit into the Chandler Reunion 2004 account. If this is the route that you choose please be sure to email us and inform us that you have done this so we can make sure you are given the credit for it. Unfortunately  going into the bank branch will only state a counter credit and will not tell us who it was for, please make sure you let us know.

 

4.Pay via PayPal

We will be opening a PayPal account as well. However; with the PayPal account it will be charging extra fees because of how the bank account is set up and if that is your preferred way of paying it will be your responsibility to pay the extra percentage that PayPal will charge us for accepting your payment.

 

5. Installments

We do understand that times are hard and are willing to work with you. If it works better for you to make smaller payments toward your balance you can do so. Just visit our website and click on the installments tab and follow the layout.

TICKET PRICES

In order to help out. We as a committee have decided to drop the ticket prices to $40 for a single ticket, and $60 for a couple ticket. We hope that in doing that and opening up more payment options we can get more people to completely register for the Reunion. We have just over two months left and in order to make sure that all materials and the venue is taken care of we need more people to complete the registration process.
